Summary: Interesting Reading...But...
Comment: This book was interesting and informative... however I was disappointed because I was hoping for suggestions on sample menus and recipes.
I wanted it to help me get the nutitional changes by body needs during pregnancy.
The book tells you technically - nutrient by nutrient what you need... but I didn't find it to be translatable easily into my daily meal planning.

Summary: Excellent comprehensive account of nutrition for pregnancy
Comment: Very sound and accurate account of nutrition for pregnancy. Very concise and thorough in their discussion of each nutrient needed for pregnancy. Excellent discussion of special nutritional needs for vegetarians and diabetics. I would recommend this book to all my pregnant clients.
