Summary: a book which has many an impressive stories and examples
Comment: 10 years ago, when in doctoral course, I had a chance to do it into Korean. I felt it is a very different thing. So, I have been using it as my favorite sub-material teaching my students. I like this book in several aspects. First, its approach is wide and deep including sociological perspective. it contains many useful concepts about management and human resources. Second, its way of explanation is, in a sence, literary, not stale. Third, the author can make every reader feel his sense and humor all throughout the text. So, I dare to say that his book may be a kind of masterpiece. I am now really anxious to see his updated new version.
