Comment: This guide to Clear Communication really lives up to its name. It's clear and it's a great guide to becoming a better communicator. I was reminded of a lot of the basic things I thought I knew but had forgotten and I learned many advanced communication techniques. I could start to use lots of information and ideas from the book right away. It was also a fun read.
