Summary: From a Dachshund owner!
Comment: I share my home with three Dachshunds and bought this book with skepticism as I don't consider myself an Idiot! However, I really do like this book. The author obviously knows our breed and has tailored the standard Idiot's guide format to the breed. There was some good research done, and great information for both new Dachshund owners and experienced ones. I particularly liked the information on health threats Dachsies face. This book is well worth its cost!
