Summary: Horrible, where was the editor?
Comment: I had to use this POS book for 2 semesters. The answers in the Chapter review are incorrect, the solutions manual is also a joke. There are many errors, for example, Avogadro's Number is incorrect also some coonversions have errors in them. If you are required to have this book, I would also try to find another general Chem txt. Good Luck

Comment: I had trouble understanding chemistry in high school. And this is the first time I actually understand chemistry language. The book makes it very easy to understand. Other textbooks forgot about regualr people that don't read scientific books. I recommend 'Chemical & Chemical Reactivity by John C. Kotz, Paul Treichel' for anyone who has a problem understanding chemistry jargon.
