Forest of Secrets is a great book. There is a lot mystery to it and is very satisfying to read. This book combines all the good things a nice fiction book needs. It has the combined power of a an ancient society in troubl and the modern human world that is causing it. All the previous books have suprised me, but I couldn't believe the actions one animal will take so justice can be done.
The story starts as Oakheart, a Riverclan cat, gives two Thunder clan cats to Graypool, a young queen. Graypool questions Oakheart, but decides to keep the kits as her own have just died. Then story goes into the present where The Gathering is just starting(The Gathering is when all four clans, Shadow clan, Wind clan, River clan, and Thunder clan, come in a sacred truce). The river has been frozen for quite some time, and everybody is starting to starve.The clans discuss about the famine and what to do and soon depart. Fireheart, a kittypet(housecat) warrior, finds his friend Graystripe with Silverstream, a young Riverclan she-cat. Fireheart had gotten used to the idea that they both love each other, even though he knows it is forbidden. However, Tigerclaw, Thunderclan's deputy, is suspicious. As the story progresses, Fireheart and Graystripe help Riverclan in their greatest time of need.They also investigate the death of Redtail, Thunderclan's previous deputy. They have a shrewd idea that Tigerclaw killed Redtail in the battle of Sunningrocks, based on the stories of Ravenpaw, their old friend who lives with Barley, a loner, in a very old farm, and the tales of how Oakheart died from Riverclan's Mistyfoot, Stonefur, and Graypool. They risk their leaders fury in order to accmplish this impossible mission. However, Fireheart soon finds out that Riverclan's Mistyfoot and Stonepaw are their leader Bluestars and the Riverclan deputy Oakheart lost kits. I don't want to give away the rest of the book, so I recommend you find this book for yourself and find out.

Summary: This book is INCREDIBLE!
Comment: This is the BEST Warriors book so far, PEOPLE READ THE WARRIORS SERIES!!! I swear, you get sucked it, and your just there. But before you read this one, read the first two before it. You will not regret it! I promise! In the very end, i cried so much becuase of what happened to Fireheart and Graystripe... i literally threw the book at the wall, cried a bit, then went and apologized to it then continued reading. Call me crazy, but i cant help it. READ THESE BOOKS, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR MISSING! ITS THE BESTEST EVER!!!! and believe me, i dont give praise lightly. They should make movies out of this series, i already know what the soundtrack would be.

Comment: i HAVE READ ALL THE WARRIOR BOOKS OVER AND OVER AND THIS ONE IS MY TOTAL FAVORITE. i'M NOT GOING TO GIVE THE STORY AWAY BUT LETS JUST SAY THAT WHEN FIREHEART TRYS TO REVEAL TIGERCLAWS TREACHERY,YOU FIND ABOUT AN UNIMAGINABLE SACERFICE BLUESTAR MADE FOR THE CLAN AND OTHER OLD AND INTERESTING SECRETS. CLOUDPAW IS MADE AN APPRENTICE. lASTLY, GRAYSTRIPE'S RELATIONSHIP WITH SILVERSTREAM IS KNOWN.aND THATS NOT EVEN HALF OF IT. THERES TONS OF MORE THINGS IN THE BOOK, SO IF YOU LIKED THE 1 AND THE 2 DEFINITELY READ THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
