Summary: "Where Are The Night Animals?" is excellent.
Comment: Though this book is designed for older children, my 2 1/2 year old loves it. Some of the text is beyond her appreciation right now(e.g. "echolocation, diurnal, nocturnal"), but she loves the realistic illustrations and the different story-like scenarios for each different featured animal. I have read it to her many times and will continue to do so.
