Summary: Valuable reference for the geotechnical engineer's library
Comment: I have found this book to be a good place to jog my memory on topics which I haven't dealt with recently. I have also used it as a starting point for a more detailed review of a given topic. When you consider the high prices of many geotechnical engineering references (as much as $350 to $499 for some 'handbooks'!!) this book is well worth the money. I highly recommend it.
