Summary: Simply The Best
Comment: I have hacked around the course for years, took lessons, bought new equipment, read the books by Harvey Penick and others, all to no avail. I saw an article about this book, so I ordered it ... I studied the information in it, and did my best to apply the techniques and remedys outlined in it. Here is the result- on Friday at my course I shot 105. After reading this book, I went back on Saturday and shot 89! My advice to all is to buy this book, study it, and then get ready to play the best golf of your life!

Rating: 5
Summary: Help yourself get out of the way to low scoring
Comment: As an aspiring pro I have read and listened to many when it comes to the mental aspect of golf. Dr. Cohn gives step by step instruction on how to help keep the most important part of you playing the game, your mind. From preshot routines to mid round thoughts he offers something for everyone. Whether you are trying to break 90 or 70 the mental side is so important and Dr. Cohn has very understandable and easy to implement strategies to help you achieve your goals. After finishing the book I matched my best round for this year.
