Comment: This book presents a concise approach to evaluating IT technology projects. Though the examples cited are definitely not "up to date", the concepts and approaches ring truer today than in the 1980s when this was published.

Comment: After my MBA final work, I comment the Parker book is a classical source of knowledge that most students must access concerning IT value. However, other updated books with new perceptions are needed as well.
