Comment: For writers of papers or books that need indexing guidelines, this book is a wonderful, inexpensive way to find a lot of information in a small space. It excerpts all topics, pertaining to indexing, from the Chicago Manual of Style and puts them at your fingertips in a small, easily browsed booklet. The price makes it practical for Technical Writers who must follow corporate writing standards in their manuals, but who still need to have guidelines or instructions on the fundamentals of creating an index.

Summary: I'd rate it five stars if I had it , but I don't.
Comment: I'd like to have this manual,since I have two history final papers I'm working on, that are due on 05/19/98. I can't complete the footnote/endnotes without it!
