Summary: Even if you get the CD, the software is WAAAAY outdated
Comment: Even though the above only is the booklet that goes to the CD program, I bought the CD program from my college bookstore and the software, being dated back to 1998, wouldn't even run on any of my home computers (win 98, and win xp). Even when I tried running it in win 95 compatibility mode on xp (software recomends win 95), the program crashed every 5 minutes. Unless the CD gets updated, it is a peice of junk.

Summary: What, no CD...
Comment: Based upon the only review at the time, I thought this was a complete package, CD and book. It's only an 86 page pamplet.

Summary: Helpful Japanese
Comment: As a student that is taking Japanese at school, we are currently using this program in the classroom. By seeing the situations happen on short clip shows, you grasp a better understanding of appropriate responses and dialect. Also with the shows, it also doubles as a pronunciation review where you can correct yourself as you follow along. I find this to be highly beneficial and would recommend this to anyone who is serious about Japanese.
