Comment: This cool little cookbook has various meatless recipes with detailed coleor photographs to guide you thru the process of preparation. The Salmon Quiche resipe is excellent as well as the Calico Rice Bake. But in my opinion, the best recipe is the Meatless Lasagne. The instructions are clear and concise and the photographs are a great help, especially if you're a novice cook.
