Summary: Beautifully illustrated story straight from Luke
Comment: I so appreciate this lovely presentation of the Christmas story as told in the NIV translation of Luke. The illustrations are realistic and beautiful. Mary and Joseph look Jewish. The angels are impressive. The setting looks like Israel. The story stops with the shepherds in Luke 2:20 so there's no mention of the wise men. This is a great way to introduce your children to the Christmas story of the Bible.
