Summary: Wonderful Memories
Comment: I loved this book as a child and now I love reading it to my students and my own kids. These stories are marvelous to read aloud to children. The repetitive cadences make the silliness that much more fun. The pictures are also great. They have so many tiny little details that can absorb kids for hours.

Summary: Tell Me a Mitzi
Comment: I read this book to both my children when they were little, then to my grandson, and send it as a gift to the older child of the family when a younger child is born. I love this book as did my children and grandson. In fact I have to order a new one, I have kept the first book I read to my daughter, who is not 27 and the mother of my grandchild. The book is fun to read and the pictures are interesting and fun as well.

Summary: It Brings Me Back!
Comment: I recently came across Tell Me A Mitzi in a story book called You Read to me & I'll Read to You. Looking at the illustrations brought me back to my childhood! It was an amazing feeling, I had forgotten all about Mitzi's "trip" in a taxi. I loved Tell Me A Mitzi as a young girl and I love it now as a mom of 3 girls.
