Summary: O's Woes - Continued
Comment: When we last saw poor O, she was spread eagled on a table at a masked ball. Ms. Reage gave us two possible endings: one being that O's lover, Sir Stephen, abandonded her, the other that she took her own life. This sequel covers the first possibility.
O is taken back to Roissy ( a high class brothel) by Sir Stephen and left there. The rest of the story concerns O's life at Roissy as an "employee." She is regularly prostituted and whipped daily by various customers. As one of her roomate's says, "What do you expect, when the men notice that you are branded and pierced? Why did you ever consent to therings in your genitals?" O answers, "I would miss it, if I were not whipped daily." Eventually, a customer "buys" O from Sir Stephen, but he is killed before taking her away. Who did it? And what will become of poor O? Stay tuned.
