Summary: Stale, and uninformed by real interaction with policymaking
Comment: Why bother writing a book that is just an outside observer's take on the issues. If this book showed any real authority it would be worthwhile, but it completely lacks any sign that the author is actually making policy, rather he is simply observing and harping on what the real policymakers are doing. He should have made it more clear that he had no real influence or involvement in policy. I felt the book was misleading.
