Summary: Simple science book on the life cycle of a frog
Comment: I teach second grade and teach a unit on the rain forest that exposes the children to all the different types of animals found there. This book was a easy to read book that showed how a frog grows and develops. The illustrations were bright and colorful, and kept my students' interests. It was easy enough for my struggling readers to read and understand and interesting enough to hold the attention of my higher readers. This was a book that stayed out of my book check-out center because a child was always reading it.

Comment: I am a second grade teacher. I teach a unit on the rain forest exposing children to the different animal classifications that are found there. This book shows children how a frog's life cycle happens in the rain forest. The pictures are bright and colorful, and the children are able to see the different stages of the frog as it develops.
