Comment: Wow, Alan Dean Foster has done well here. The book has a enthraling and yet humorus storyline in which animals who walk and talk (AND cast spells!) Seem science fact rather than fiction. Without spoiling too much you have to read this book just to see Falameezar. (I think that's how it's spelt!) The best character I've ever come across in any novel ever. Well worth reading and well worth Getting the series.
