Summary: Master Key to Riches
Comment: I'm updating my review cause I'm giving this book another shot... I've criticized a lot of the content without actually following the intructions on faith.
It is a great read... but be warned it can be a bit difficult to understand the text at times. But if you follow the advice you will see results.

Summary: Deceptive and filled with Darkness
Comment: Napoleon Hill takes an entire book to reach his point in this one. You have to go to the very end of the book to find the Master Key, which is your mind. Of course some other chapters are interesting - on self-discipline, and the family, and the sort. But this book, this very book which holds many in its sway, is riddled and filled with the theories and philosophies of theosophy, and occult system with many deceptive and dark practices. There's a statement in this book, which many in some of the Leadership groups of Multi-Level groups claim is magic, that "...when you decide on a course of action, the world essentially moves out of your way and helps you to succeed," or something to that extent. It is pure balderdash, unless you buy into this stuff. Not to mention that Hill's teachings advocate you get some dead princes and start talking to them, or that he has gotten much of this theories from "Ascended Masters," or what we refer to as "demons from the otherworld," who dictated this teaching to him. Stay away, pilgrim. Keep your eyes on Christ. Hill may speak about God, but it's not the true one.

Summary: Master Key To Riches/ Napoleon Hill
Comment: Received a personal recommendation from a man who, beginning back in 1972, applied all the pricipals Hill has laid out in this book, particularly the chapter on "Self Dicipline"... which in less than three (3) years time ( that's 36 months...less time then some car financing contracts!!) brought this man from being an alchoholic transient fruit picker...to where he is today...a totally financially free man with personal asset value of over $22 million dollars & an increasing personal annual income of over $4 million. This man, still today, carries & reads this book with him in his briefcase...wherever he travels.
