Summary: Overall, this was fairly well-written
Comment: I picked up this book in hopes of developing a more extensive vocabulary. Although the words were helpful and challenging, I think that to truly obtain a more powerful and effective vocabulary, you need to dedicate more than a few minutes a day. If you are looking to truly develop yourself as a speaker, then this is a good buy, but be warned that this book isn't a quick read. You need to dedicate yourself to reap the maximum benefits that this book offers. If you're looking for a SAT book or to quickly seem smart in front of your friends-look somewhere else. I would recommend this book to dedicated, motivated learners.
