Comment: I have found this book to be an excellent companion when doing case reviews with managed care companies. As many in the field know; providing clear, concise and measurable short-term goals are the key to getting our patient's treatment authorized. This book will give you all the correct buzz words you need and cut down on the time taken on the phone with these companies.
