Summary: Small Little Book Packed With Great Recipes & Ideas!
Comment: When I first saw this book, I thought, "How helpful can a tiny little book like that be?" I quickly found out this book packs a powerful punch - it has proven to be more useful than many of my great big huge recipe books! That's because the author includes everything you need, nothing more. She tells you how to make a basic muffin mix and add or subtract from there to make the muffins of your dreams. I bought this for a friend as well, I was so pleased with it!

Summary: Best Book for Your Muffin Needs
Comment: I checked this book out of the library and had to have it! It's wonderful -- it gives a basic muffin recipe that you can add to, and then many many wonderful recipes such as oatmeal banana. She tells you how to adjust the recipes for your taste (can you use egg whites instead of eggs to make the muffin even lighter? yes, but they won't brown as well). This is also a wonderful gift to give, in a basket with some muffins made from the book's recipes!

Comment: The recipes in this book are wonderful, I especially enjoy the orange muffins and the brown bread muffins. The quick jams are not really jelly-like, much more runny, but still tasty. I am looking forward to trying even more of the recipes in this so far no fail book!
