Summary: Insightful & thoughtful... a book every parent should read.
Comment: A friend of mine bought this book for me as a gift and I think it's one of the best gifts I've ever received. I'm a mother of an adolescent girl and learning how children think and learn about health has been really elightening. It's made me think a lot about my own daughter and how both the media and the people in her life have been shaping her views of health. I think this book is especially helpful and insightful today given that more and more children are learning and aquiring poor health behaviors at a much earlier age.
