Summary: An ethical component to International Relations.
Comment: In this work, Dr. Frost attempts to bring international ethics into the field of international relations. What makes this book especially interesting, is his constitutive theory that looks at ethics from a Hegelian perspective. This book is excellent reading for those interested in non-positivist International Relations, and his theories could form the basis of an important new school of thought in contemporary IR. Dr. Frost's writing is very easy to follow and not to complicated for those not completely versed in the discipline. An advatage to this book is the ethical dilemas he poses are topical. I would recommend this book to people who are interested in critical theories of international relations but fear its often dull prose, or those wanting something little different. This book is a good and challenging read.
