Summary: A confusing mix
Comment: If you have a general suspicion of collective works and are afraid of unequal articles, stay away from this book. I read a lot of political science every year and believe me: this a very confuse book. The article about Italy seems a not well succeeded translation and many others make you think: why to discuss "executive decree authority" in countries like Peru or Yeltsin's Russia? In spite of these shortcomings, the book at least has Brian Sala's article, a very inteligente analysis.
