Summary: Very Good...
Comment: Ok, I admit it I didn't like Animorphs to much when I first started reading them. But after reading some of the later books, the better ones, I liked them much mucH muCH mUCH MUCH better. Anyway back to The Sickness Animorph #29. All I have to say is VERY WELL WRITTEN!! Sure it's unrealistic but heck aren't Animorphs books wild to begin with?! I mean blue centuer like aliens who give a couple of kids powers to turn into any animals they touch. Why shouldn't a 16 year old be able to preform brain surgery. If it makes the story more exciting why not. And for all of you who scoffed at it because of that surgery, if your so intent on realistic books then why are you reading Animorph books to begin with?! [Besides Haven't you ever heard of a KASU (Katherine Applegate Screws Up)?] I rest my case, thank you very much. And P.S.- for all you real animorph fans out there I personally think that this is one of the better Cassie books.They also talk a bit more about the "Yeerk Peace Movement."

Summary: Best Cassie Book Ever!
Comment: I ususally don't like Cassie books that much. But this one was fantastic. One of my favorites. At the begining of the story, Ax gets sick while at a school dance with the animorphs. While they are trying to get him home, Cassie finds out from a peace-loving yeerk that the only other yeerk(who also wants peace) who knows their secret is in trouble and will be questioned by Visser Three. The animorphs figure out that they must help, but first they have to figure out what is wrong with Ax. They find out that it is something very serious, and that they will have to operate on him! As in brain surgery! I'm not gonna say anymore, you're just going to have to go read it yourself.

Summary: Not bad...
Comment: Ax gets sick with a deadly Andalite disease called the Yamphut. He will die unless his Tria gland is taken out... of his head. Meaning brain surgery.
Just to complicate matters, the Yamphut is contagious, and pretty soon all the Animorphs except Cassie are sick, too.
And just to make things really impossible, Visser Three finds out that Aftran has sided with the Animorphs. He wants to torture her until she reveals everything she knows - which would doom the Animorphs.
