Summary: good book on electric bass technique and tricks
Comment: Upon first glance at this book, it feels like its hardly worth buying. But after I had looked through it, I decided to get it. It has 101 rather interesting tips for the eletric bass player, no matter how many strings your bass has or if it is fretless. It has everything from a string boiling recipe to revive old strngs to soloing essentials. There is a section on how to communicate with the drummer so the drummer isn't walking on eggshells, as the author put it. There is a section on difficult chords and getting along with a band. This book might not look like much, but I highly recommend it. I'm still trying to tame my instrument cables according to some guidelines in this book.
