Summary: Hindsight is 20/20
Comment: This book is an interesting look at the future of intelligence as seen from a perspective still influenced by an existing Soviet Union. The author's predictions are just plain incorrect, never taking into account the possibility of a downfall of the USSR. There are rather few useful reccomendations in this book, but it gives an idea about the views and thinking of U.S. intelligence during the Cold War.
