Summary: Extremely uplifting and spiritual
Comment: I have been in a 12 step program for 15 years and always need to renew my faith. This book not only renews your faith, but shows you the steps to have a complete and fulfilling life. I have just finished reading it and am in awe. I can't recomend it enough to my friends and family and will be buying many copies for gifts. It is definitly a book that I will re-read over and over. I has made me take a look at what is important in my life and to have the courage to go after it. It also reaffirms my favorite Footprints prayer that we are never alone. We just have to believe. I can't wait to read more of her books and hope Ms. Brady continues to write.

Summary: A man's review
Comment: This book was given to me by a female friend who shares a love of reading, as I do. Quite honestly, the title put me off a little. But after reading it, twice, I came away with a different view on a lot of issues relating to life and relationships on the whole and how women see the same things. I found it to be both inspirational and entertaining at the same time. Moving and thought provoking without being heavy handed or biased from a woman's perspective. My Christmas shopping encluded 10 copies which I gave as gifts, and I recieved several "Thank yous" after they had read it. Some of my friends even sent other copies to their friends. Very few books have actually impacted my life, but this one has. Not only has it reafirmed my belief that God does care about each of us, but that He has not lost His faith and there still is hope if we will just listen to what He has to say.

Summary: Must reading for RN's everywhere
Comment: While the book is great for any reader,
it is must reading for RN's.
I wish we could all find a way to go part time
as the heronine did.
It would refresh our
hearts that have been pickled in the juice
of understaffing and guilt.
