Comment: Just another hand wringing, the-sky-is-falling piece of literary debris. It is really unfortunate that the authors found it necessary to prostitute their children's book characters to the gun-grabbers. Save your money, buy some ammo instead.

Summary: I looked for a "Ministry of Truth" Imprint...
Comment: As a propaganda piece, this book will be mostly ineffective. It attempts to further the "Kids and guns don't mix" agenda by assigning "evil" overtones to a simple watergun... you know, the type every kid in America owned back when most every house had a real gun. Back when every kid had access to a gun but kids never shot each other. Back when kids had parents.
Luckily, the Bears are "C-List" characters at best and will have only a minor influence.

Comment: I like this book because you see Ferdy's unexpected side coming alive, the water gun Too-Tall has is a funny part, and Ferdy's gun invention is another favorite part. This was probably my 3rd favorite book. I still have to say it is good even if it's my 3rd favorite.
