Summary: An excellent resource!
Comment: The newest edition of ACSM's guidelines continues to be the gold standard for the professional in sports medicine. The content is research based and fairly easy to interpret and apply. Information is easy to access and the new spiral bound edition is much more user friendly. Overall, I think that ACSM does a great job in providing professionals in the field of sports medicine and exercise physiology with the practical information they need on a daily basis.
