Nutrition science has an extremely broad scope with relevance to all basic and applied biologic sciences, medicine, dentistry, dietetics, nursing, pharmacy, public health and public policy. In one very thorough edition (approx 2,000 pages), this text succeeds at integrating Nutrition science into practical knowledge.
