Comment: The recipes in this book are amazing. I've been going thru each recipe one by one. Even the recipes that I thought I wouldn't like turned out to be a fab surprise. I've learnt so much abt cooking since I started the lessons. The book goes from easy to difficult recipes. This is definitely a good buy.

Comment: Le Cordon Bleu at Home is an exciting book. It demonstrates classic French cooking techniques and menus accompanied by beautiful photography!! It is a step by step book arranged in lessons/chapters to be followed at your own pace. While not every menu item may be to your liking, there is enough variety that you can progress through this book to add to your culinary skills and interests. Learning the basics of classic French cooking is both interesting, entertaining and beneficial. This is a great book to learn and experiment with, for anyone who has a passion for food.

Comment: The basics of the french cooking. Most of the internationally known french dishes are here. The recipes don't call for lemon cake in a box or frozen puff pastry, ...everything has to be done from scratch, even ice cream. The recipes and the instructions are clear and the results are amazing. I highly recommend this book to people who love cooking. The recipes are organized in very well balanced menus in three chapters according to the level, from basic to professional.
