Summary: Adventure in the Witch's House: Good Idea Ruined . . .
Comment: I purchased this book in September 2001 for my then 2 year old son. The book itself is fair but I thought that the idea of using the flashlight with the book was an excellent idea and enhanced the overall purchase. Unfortunately, the images from the book are too small and they do not make much of an image on the ceilings. Our ceilings are a little higher than average and there are no recognizable images to be seen when I use the flashlight. My son was very upset about this. You'd have to live in a five foot tall "box" to see the images. Very disappointing.

Summary: A good twist on reading!
Comment: Just read this book tonight to my two daughters (ages 6 and 8), and they simply loved it. Since it was daytime still, we went into my closet and closed the door and started reading. One daughter held the flashlight while I held the book. The other daughter waited till it was her turn to open the "hidden" pictures which were illuminated on my closet wall perfectly. I am sure this would be a great read for Halloween too. I would also like more books like this one. Please list titles, if you have any. Enjoy!

Summary: Planning on buying this, but for the person who wanted more
Comment: I am planning on buying this...it looks like fun...there was one reviewer who wanted more like this...I know 2 more BETTER than this appears to be: Mr. Whambamboozle and Spooky Scrapbook...they are a lot of fun...very interactive, pop-ups, smelly things, scary sounds (smells and sounds on Mr. Whambamboozle)....my 3 1/2 year old daughter loves them! Looking for more like them!
