The ingredients are simple, and the instructions to prepare each dish are so concisely stated, that even the novice will enjoy whipping these delightful dishes up. The recipe ideas are fresh and innovative, they will impress your family and friends. The flavor and texture combinations are delicious, and you will want to make them over, and over again. The book is an economical find, and will soon become a classic in your Cook Book library.

Comment: Okay, so maybe I'm just not that schooled in cooking but I found this book extremely time consuming. From pulling out my dictionary to find out what some of the incredients were to calling my mom to have her walk me through the steps--I did not feel like Better Homes was holding my hand. And another thing, the dishes never tasted how I thought they would. They tasted fine, just not what I expected. One huge positive, the finished product pictures are beautiful.

Comment: THIS IS A WONDERFUL EASY TO FOLLOW COOKBOOK. THE AVERAGE PREP TIME IS 15-20 MINUTES. THE PRICE IS RIGHT AND WOULD BE A NICE GIFT FOR ANYONE.
