Summary: Great book!!
Comment: This book is so much fun!! My kids love to hear it read, and best of all I love two read it!! It has a fun rhyme to it and a crazy spin off of the cow jumps over the moon rhyme. A must have for any young library. I started reading this to my kids when they were first born and now three years later, they still absolutely love it!

Summary: The best kid's book I've read in ages
Comment: No question - this book is a ten! The illustrations are bold and wild and the text is fabulous - rarely is a child's book as fun for the adult to read as for the child to listen to. We have more children's books than we know what to do with, but this one stands out and should have been a runaway bestseller. Unlike some actual bestsellers such as "Mommy Do You Love Me?" and "Guess How Much I Love You?" which, as sweet as they are, I honestly would characterize as saccharine and formulaic and tedious to read more than a very few times (and have not captured my four-year-old's interest AT ALL) "Two Cool Cows" is hip and funny and addictive.

Summary: A favorite book
Comment: When my daughter was two years old, she requested (okay, insisted!) that my husband or I read this book to her every night. She absolutely adored the wonderful rhymes and the fantastic illustrations. Now that she's nine, I've suggested that we pass the book on to younger cousins--but she refuses to entertain such a thought. The book has become an old friend to her, and she feels comfortable just knowing it's on her bookshelf. I recommend this book to all parents and grandparents of toddlers.
