Summary: A Poutporri of Personal Advice, Anecdotes and Encouragement
Comment: In Make Your Own Luck Mr. Kash not only sets a table with delectable delicacies of wit, wisdom and insights, he offers the recipes for the reader to create their own just desserts!

Packed with a plethora of wonderful anecdoetes (many of which are excellent for public speakers and motivational meetings) this volume is a must for anyone who wants to move themselves forward in life.

Mr. Kash's insights touch on both the professional and personal worlds that affect our daily lives, and his no nonsense, eye-opening attitude toward other human beings is a breath of fresh air.

Candidly blunt, Peter openly shares his failures and successes with his readers as if they were close confidants. You learn to cry and laugh with him, but most of all, his sincerity shines through the pages. He talks to you as if you were a peer.

His message that we all must learn from every person and every experience is reiterated throughout every page of the book. And one can glean a lesson from every page as well.

Buy it. Borrow it. Or as Mr. Abby Hoffman once said, steal it... (just joking). But on all accounts, get a hold of Make Your Own Luck and read it. Even after you finish it, you won't be finished with it. It will follow you throughout your life.

Summary: Inspiring
Comment: It's been a long time since I have read a book that has inspired me as this one did. Peter Kash's anecdotes and "war-stories" demonstrate that we all can get ahead, as long as we are always looking out for how each of us can seize even the most innocuous of opportunities. This book shows us all what can be achieved but even more importantly represents a guide to how to make our own luck. I personally want to thank the author for changing my life and for his work in funding those companies that create the life-saving medicines that make all of our lives better!!! I would recommend this book for just about everyone...I have ordered over 150 copies and plan to give them out to all my employees!

Summary: Invigorated and ready to go.
Comment: After reading this book, I feel ready to go out and create my own destiny. This is a wonderful account on how everyday actions and decisions can create the life you want.
