Comment: I don't normally buy how-to books. But a friend recommended this book, and now I'm recommending it to everyone I know. Everyone talks about how important it is to get exercise. But what if you're not the sort of person who has the time or wants to go to a gym? That's why this book is so helpful. It's a week by week guide to adding physical activity to your day to day life. It talks about the obstacles that get in the way, and how to get around them. It's full of stories of people who have faced the same problems and have found ways around them to become more physically active. For me one of the most helpful parts was learning how to measure how much exercise I get and then shoot for more. This is a really useful and inspiring book for anyone who knows they need to get more exercise but doesn't know how.
