Summary: Excellent Book
Comment: I found this book to be very,very deep.I love the fact that this book pulls no punches,and talk about the realities of relationships in an "in-your-face" way.One of my favorite chapters is "Successful Black Men Who Date Other Races:Myths and Realities".Me and my girlfriends have been having discussion groups all week on that chapter alone.This book should be REQUIRED reading for any woman getting into a relationship.

Comment: 99% of this vile book is self-serving, sickeningly misogynistic, neo-conservative, reactionary crap. women are basically seen in terms of how useful they may be to men (i.e. sexually), and unattractive women are given the choice of starving (his word) or paying their own way in the world since they know no man will give them money. Yet, he smirks, you can "put a g-string on a gorilla" (sic), take it to a club and "some guy will buy it a drink". In his bizarre condemnation of "promiscuous" women (who ALWAYS-in his mindset-get pregnant and who wear a bright red sign reading "stank ho" on their chests for the rest of their lives) as being a threat to society(sound familiar?)he begins to sound downright Falwellian. The rest is standard self-help Oprah style...if you can imagine Oprah saying a woman should be a "queen" to her "king". But what can you expect from a man who walks into a friend's living room where a lone, half naked woman has allegedly had sex with ten+ men there and instantly sees her as a $$$ opportunity rather than helping her escape a potentially dangerous situation? Oh yes, and he claims to be able to answer Freud's question: what does woman want? Why, she wants nothing more than to: !!!!GET THE ATTENTION OF MEN!!!!pronounces the author. Vile is too nice a word. One more for the shredder.

Comment: Ladies,get this book ASAP, and tell all your sisterfriends to get it too.....this book is so on point! As a newly divorced woman, I had been out of the "game" for so long time , I needed a refresher course...This book is more that that! It is straight forward, honest and will open YOUR eyes,and help YOU realize what types of men are out there, and most importantly,it will point out what kind of woman YOU ARE...
