Average Customer Rating: 3.5 (2 reviews)
Rating: 2
Summary: Great beginning but falls flat at the end.
Comment: I found this book at my local libary and it caught my eye. I started on it and I was completly engrossed for about halfway through it, but then it fell completly apart. It seemed like the writer just ran out of ideas which is sad because this could have been a 5 star book.
The concept is original and the story starts off fast, but after about page 150 it just gets very boring. The ending is completly dumb and every charater is cold and shallow to a point. You really dont care who lives or dies.
I still have to give it 2 stars though because the concept was cool and the beginning was great.
Rating: 5
Summary: Very cool.
Comment: The World is blasted by a Solar flare, whats left is nuked by enemy missiles, only a small amount survive the disaster, and on the moon, watching on is a small (few hundred) group of Scientists, engineers, and workers. What is one to do, sit back and live on the Moon, or try to reconnect with Mother Earth, read the book to find out
