Comment: I have had fibromyalgia for 10 years -due to a car accident. This is the first book I have found to put me at ease whit it. I understand a bit more why I react to certain situations and why I feel the way I do. Basically I feel this is a primer on what is going on in your body. There are so many people who don't understand this problem. It is not a death sentence. This book helps you get on with your life.
