Summary: Forgive me but...
Comment: I am an artist and I also teach various graphic media; one of which is oil painting. I bought this book hoping to find a recipe to help students more easily paint trees. Forgive me, but this book is terrible.

I know statements like this don't sell books but I wish someone would have taken the time to evaluate this book before I bought it.

Just look at the final artwork for each tree addressed and, as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. I didn't even give this a single star but the Amazon software will not pass this without at least a single star.
