Summary: Great book--All-Around Reference
Comment: I was very impressed with this book. It was the foundation of obtaining my GroupWise 5 CNA, GroupWise 5 CNE, and Master CNE -- Messaging. I still use it as a reference.

Comment: I am a consultant involved in setting up enterprise-level GroupWise systems. I found the book mostly useless. At least once, it provides completely inaccurate information, which put me in embarassing situation, because I made a recommendation based on what I read. This book is poorly organized and fails to provide the information that is most important for a GroupWise administrator.
