Summary: Not as promised, but still worth the purchase price
Comment: One of the chief joys of Dennis Miller's rants is listening to his deadpan delivery. I Rant, Therefore I Am is just as good as his previous audiobooks.
To quote Miller, "now, I don't want to get off on a rant here, but...", the quibble that I have is that they promised us three CDs of Dennis Miller; this package only has two. It's missing 23 of the 55 rants the hardcover has. That's why this review loses a star. I guess we'll see the release of another "Redux" volume within the next few years. "Redux" covered what was missing out of his first two audiobooks.
So if you like Miller's off-brand sense of outrage, at least buy the book. That way, you'll get it all. But if you want to hear his delivery, buy both the book and the audio book versions, and wait for the next "Redux" volume.

Summary: Many instances of LOL hilarity
Comment: This is a great book (though I would strongly recommend the books-on-tape version because Miller narrates it). There are many more hits than misses in DM's latest collection of rants. Whether or not one likes Miller's type of humor, one can appreciate his ability to turn a phrase. I'm glad to hear that ABC has decided to hire DM to be a color commentator for Monday Night Football (thus beating out radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh who is one of the book's well-deserved targets). Highest recommendation

Comment: What happened to this guy? He used to be funny
but no more. It seems that comedy has been replaced
by thinly cloaked hostility. Maybe he'll experience
an attack of conscience and retire.
