Summary: Only "lefties" give this bad reviews
Comment: If you can put your ideology aside, you'll enjoy this. Let's face it, some of the nuts criticizing this point to O'Reilly's fight against rappers, and call him a hypocrite for writing a book that features graphic sex. Are they not bright enough to know the difference between this book (targeted at adults only, and he says that ALL the time) and rappers (who target kids only)? Yep, they're not bright enough. Ignore the left, and enjoy life.

Rating: 1
Summary: Incompetence
Comment: If you like lame, sophomoric writing, with a strong dash of personal bias and enmity thrown in as poorly disguised faux-narrative, this is just the book for you.

Ostensibly written by a second-rate intellect, (but surely 'brushed up" by a scrivener with at least a B.A.) I found the prose stupefying, the plot manipulations childishly tedious, and the less-than spectacular ending deducible by the 25th page.

It is, however, an accurate commentary on 21st Century America, an island of stupidity in a sea of trivia. A perfect symbol for O'Reilly.

Summary: Now like Geraldo
Comment: I DID like Mr. O'Reilly. I even was fine with the former tabloid job that got him a "real" journalist position. But this book takes it all back. He is trying to be mainstream by writing a thriller and be a political spokesman at the same time. We don't take Geraldo seriously because he was a talk-show host, and yet Mr. O'Reilly thinks that he can write this and still hold onto his credibility? I don't see how.
Just because he says that this is not for the kids does not make this book unhypocritical. Those who live in glass houses. . .
