Comment: The book is good if you only intend to go through the single player levels. However, since it game out early, there are other ways (some more fun) to complete levels than explained.If you hope to become a master of the multiplayer, look elsewhere for tips, tricks and techniques, because this is the one serious point where the book falls short. The stats in the back of the book describing troop speeds, vitality, etc. are quite helpful. Overall, I enjoyed reading the book, and for the money, its better than downloading solutions from someone's Myth site, for sure.

Summary: Good walkthrough of Myth: The fallen lords on all platforms.
Comment: Well, in one sentence, this is a good book. IF you are only going through the single player game. It gives a brief description of the goal of the level and a map that shows enemy army locations. THen it gives a usually three page detailed walkthrough of each level. It also includes character descriptions, special abilities, ect. The only drawback to this book is it's lack of multiplayer help. All it tells you about that is a description of the various games you can play multiplayer, no tactics except 'Try to flank' or 'Always attack 3 on 1' All in all, it's a good book if you don't want hardcore tactics for multiplayer. If you DO want multiplayer, though, try web sites such as myth.gamestats.com or indigo.gamewatch.com.
