Summary: Religious, but flawed
Comment: I was excited by much of this bible. It's extreme in a way that a teen like myself can understand. It is full of rules for life that I am following in an extreme way. There are only some problems with it. I would have liked to see more about God, and sometimes they spell Jesus 'Jebus' and unless there's a guy named Jebus in the grownup bible that's a mistake. There might be a guy named Jebus, though, I don't know because I only read this bible because it's extreme.

Summary: A bit of a letdown
Comment: I think that Nelson has the right idea with regard to comtemporizing doctrine for younger Christians. Sometimes, however, he may go a bit far. To whit: the sudden and unaccountable appearance of Star Wars protocol droid C3P0 at the crucifiction of our Lord. Talk about poetic license.

Summary: It's the best!
Comment: This Bible is like, so totally cool. I'm 13, and it makes studing God's word much more fun. There's great "On The Edge" things that very well explain what certain verses mean. I reccomend buying this Bible. You won't regret it! :)
