Summary: Must read if you have a teenager
Comment: I was desperate. I couldn't talk to my son, he was angry, his grades were awful and we fought constantly. I knew that I had to change, but how? I knew he needed help, but I didn't know how to help him. This book help tremendously! It points out the different parenting styles, positive changes to improve your relationship and excersices to help you and your teenager. It makes sense, easy to read and to the point. Must read this book if you have a teenager.

Summary: A child-rearing handbook you can't live without
Comment: As a parent of a child diagnosed as ADHD, and even bi-polar, when all else failed, I found Parenting Teenagers to be the hand book I had searched for. Taken as a class with a weekly discussion group I finally have the tools to help my child without "Toxic Phsyciatry".
