This is the 1985 edition which includes such favorite writers short stories as: Lawrence Block's edgar-winning "By the Dawn's Early Light," in which his Matthew Scudder moves from full-length novel to short story.

This edition has more private eye mysteries than most of his annuals, but private eyes are my favorite mysteries!

If you like mysteries and find this 1985 oldie, I think you will like it!
